Thoughtless Thursday!

HELLO!  I'm back!  I think yesterday may be the first time in the history of my blog that I didn't blog (except for exceptions, i.e. being in Mexico, sick, weekends, etc.) and it was kinda nice!  I'll admit, I had a minor panic attack at the thought of missing a day of blogging but #1 - I felt like a freight truck hit me I was so tired didn't feel so hot yesterday and #2 - I really wasn't feeling all that witty and interesting either.  SO, along with the reassurance from my Soulmatey that it would, in fact, be okay to skip a day, I made the decision to take a blog holiday.  And one day was enough.  I feel refreshed, rested and READY to blog it up chickadees.  So LOOK OUT ladies.  Although I have to admit, I have a 4 day weekend coming up and y'all know what happens to me on the weekends.  I go MIA.  So there may be another blog holiday coming my way.  But this one just happens to be coincidental.  I'm not a weekend/holiday blogger.  No idea why, I'm just not.  I think it's because I'm on a computer all week at work and the last thing I want to do on the weekend is turn the computer on.  That's what my iPhone's for (smile).  So, on to today's ...

Photobucket

About exactly one year ago yesterday we were celebrating our darling friends, Bobby and Tara's wedding in the wine country in California.  It was SUCH a fun wedding and I'm reminiscing about the deliciousness of all the wine I consumed the fun times we had with our friends so I figured, why not make a Thoughtless Thursday out of my current nostalgia.  So here you have it friends, Thoughtless Thursday - It's Wine O'Clock Somewhere ...

{Sweet Alli and me at the rehearsal dinner our first night there.  Cheers!}

{The night before they became Mr. & Mrs.!}

{Me and my Mister at the rehearsal dinner.}

{Touring the winery on the tram.}

{Another one on the tram.}

{After the winery tour, and a few tastings, under some of the gorgeous flowers that covered the place.}

{Beautiful winery scenery.}

{Where the magic happens.  The wine making, that is.}

{Wedding day.  Boys doin' their thang.  My Mister (back right) lookin' all handsome n' stuff.}

{Waiting for the bride to make her entrance.  I was snapping pictures in the meantime.  He's just so cute!}

{The soon to be Whites!  Let's talk about the flower arrangements over the alter, shall we?}

{Here's a picture before the wedding.  Breath-taking.}

{They're MAWWIED!}

{Time for pics with my Mister.}

{And then some pics with the queen of the dance floor, Mrs. Jesse Hughes.}

{Of COURSE my Mister is the one chosen to walk TWO girls down the isle.  Ha.}

{Dinner time.  Yum.  Um, check out the wedding favors over my Mister's shoulder to the left.  That's right, bottles of wine from the winery the wedding was at.  Ah-mazing.  Definately beat the little tin cans of jelly beans at my wedding.  Sorry friends and family, you got jipped.}

{Let's hear it for those Baylor Phi Gamma Deltas!}

{Two wine drinking ladies a year ago, now baby carrying ladies a year later.}

{Cutting the gorgeous cake.}

{Time to hit the dance floor.  And also make horrid "giggling at AC" faces apparently ...}

{Me and the Mister cuttin' a rug.}

{Yes.  That is my Mister on the left.  Bustin' a move with the mother of the groom.}

{On our way back to the airport, we stopped for a few touristy pictures ...}

So there you have it.  That's what we were doing a year ago almost to the day.  Havin' ourselves a good time.  Now grab my button, play your own Thoughtless Thursday and come back here and link up!  Can't wait to see what random pictures you choose!  Happy Thoughtless Thursday loves!!!

Oh and P dittle S - let's throw a little shout out to my Mister for bringing me home one of THESE dewishious yumsters from here yesterday after I bribed him and begged/whined for one had been craving one for awhile ...
