And where have I been you ask? Well, sorry to be so mysterious my wonderful readers, BUT just like I don't broadcast on the www. that my Mister's out of town, I equally don't broadcast when we go out of town. I just don't think it's a good idea (call me paranoid, go ahead, I know you want to) to let the entire internetting world that you have left your house for several days. I'm sure there would be no way to tell, but IF our home ever got broken into while we were away on account of my blurting out that we were going to leave it unattended for 5 days I'd ... well I don't know what I'd do. Probably have to stop blogging. Which apparently I almost did without my knowing, ha! SO, now that I'm back I can tell y'all about the FANTASTIC time we had at my stepdad's brother's lake house RIGHT on Lake Michigan. The weather was amazing, mid 80's for the highs, mid 60's for the lows. Pair that with a nice breeze coming in from the lake and you have pure. heaven. I will tell you, this is ONE pregnant momma that did not want to leave that pleasantness and come back to the 105 degrees that is our Texas weather! It was the first time in a long time that I can remember NOT sweating whilst drying my hair and/or getting dressed. And it was a welcomed occurance. So, without further adieu I'll share with you a little photo montage of our 5 day 4 night stay in heavenly conditions. I hope y'all enjoy and THANK YOU for hanging in there with me while I went into a small blog hibernation!
