I know I said I wouldn't be blogging today, but don't be super impressed, I'm still weekend'ing, this is just an automatically scheduled post!  I'll keep today short and sweet with a picture of my 14 +1 day baby bump being the feature.  So here you have it.  In the words of Beyonce ...

Thoughtless Thursday!

HELLO!  I'm back!  I think yesterday may be the first time in the history of my blog that I didn't blog (except for exceptions, i.e. being in Mexico, sick, weekends, etc.) and it was kinda nice!  I'll admit, I had a minor panic attack at the thought of missing a day of blogging but #1 - I felt like a freight truck hit me I was so tired didn't feel so hot yesterday and #2 - I really wasn't feeling all that witty and interesting either.  SO, along with the reassurance from my Soulmatey that it would, in fact, be okay to skip a day, I made the decision to take a blog holiday.  And one day was enough.  I feel refreshed, rested and READY to blog it up chickadees.  So LOOK OUT ladies.  Although I have to admit, I have a 4 day weekend coming up and y'all know what happens to me on the weekends.  I go MIA.  So there may be another blog holiday coming my way.  But this one just happens to be coincidental.  I'm not a weekend/holiday blogger.  No idea why, I'm just not.  I think it's because I'm on a computer all week at work and the last thing I want to do on the weekend is turn the computer on.  That's what my iPhone's for (smile).  So, on to today's ...

About exactly one year ago yesterday we were celebrating our darling friends, Bobby and Tara's wedding in the wine country in California.  It was SUCH a fun wedding and I'm reminiscing about the deliciousness of all the wine I consumed the fun times we had with our friends so I figured, why not make a Thoughtless Thursday out of my current nostalgia.  So here you have it friends, Thoughtless Thursday - It's Wine O'Clock Somewhere ...

Unmotivated Blogger Day ...

Morning glories, I wish I felt more sunshiney today but truth is I'm. sweepy.  Which makes no sense because I slept better last night than I did the previous two before that.  Mainly due to this recent genius purchase ...

But still, after that lovely night o' sleep, I currently feel like this ...

Which is WHY I am absofrigginlutely THRILLED that I have a 4 day week this week!  So today's TECHNICALLY my Wednesday, tomorrow's my Thursday and the day after's my Friday!  It makes the week so much easier when you look at it that way ...

So, in preparation for my 4 day weekend, I am planning on spending a lot of time here ...

Um, sidenote, did anyone see The Bachelorette last night?

  For the love of Pete ALI, PUT YOUR SKIRT DOWN!  Stop (and I repeat, STOP) prissing around whilst holding your skirt.  I don't know why that drove me so nuts, oh but it did.  To be fair, I wasn't a fan of that dress anyways.  It did NOTHING for her cute figure.  Actually it did do something, it made it look notsocute.  But I do think she's darling.  So I'm EXCITED to see what this season brings.  Anyone have favorites?  I like glasses boy (jumped out of the roof of the limo), and momma's boy (the poor guy who's mom died).  Now let's talk train wrecks.  Um, Shooter?  SHOOTER?  I think you may have gotten that nickname from SHOOTING YOURSELF IN THE FOOT.  Hello genius, you don't tell a girl, THAT YOU'VE JUST MET, that you got a nickname in college because you ... "ya know, maybe, ya know, got excited a little early if you, ya know, know what I mean?"  EWWWWWW.  Yeah Shooter, just what every girl wants to hear.  From now on tell girls you got the nickname from shooting yourself in the foot and end it there.  And P dittle S for all you Bachelor/Bachelorette fans out there, if you want to LAUGH your PATOOTIE off head over to the I Hate Green Beans blog.  Believe me.  You'll thank me.

Weekend Wrap-Up, Lazy Style ...

Good Monday morning loves!  Let me just start by saying I didn'tsomuch sleep so well last night.  Don't get me wrong, we had an AMAZING Sunday, starting off with a little of this ...

And PS - can I take a minute to SCREAM at blogger right now?   If I WANTED my pictures at the top of the page, I would PUT them there blogger.  I wouldn't return so many times I was SURE you would place them where I wanted only to STILL have them end up at the top of the page!  Phew.  Sorry about that.  I feel better now.  Anyone else screamed at blogger lately?  No?  Just me?  We'll blame the hormones.  Movingrightalong ...

After the OH so enjoyable game (Seriously, the Rangers are actually doing GOOD this year!  You might call me a fair-weather fan.  And you'd be right.) we came home and grilled burgers in preparation for ... (pardon me as I press enter a thousand times in order to insert a picture ... sheesh) 

Which was AWESOME.  I may have cried a few hundred times gotten a little emotional, don't get me wrong, I still don't know what the H is going on, but I will say I liked it.  The ACTUAL end (as in the last 5 minutes) could've explained a LOT more.  Like (SPOILER ALERT) how the ones that flew off the island in the Ajerra plane died, how Rose and Bernard died, how Hurly and Ben died, etc.  Since in the end they were all supposed to be dead, right?  But still.  I was happy.  And I MIGHT watch it a few hundred more times again tonight.  We'll see if I have time after watching DWTS and THE BACHELORETTE!  Anyone else as excited about this as I am?  No?  Well, it's good to know I have such a healthy relationship with my television.  Hopefully he never breaks up with me.  I don't know what I'd DO with my weeknights.

Friday night was super low key.  We watched a little of our Netflix'ed 24 and went to be at 9:30PM.  Yes folks, on a Friday we somehow managed to get our rears in bed EARLIER than we can on weeknights.  I don't know, don't ask.  Because of this, I was up with the chickens bright and early the next morning, which was good becaus we had a BUSY day.  Saturday night we had a wedding to go to followed by a couples baby shower.  At one point I was in Target with a wedding registry in one hand and a baby registry in the other and THANKFULLY this sweet man took pity on me and showed me where item numbers 134920353095 and 13914242424284 were since I can read Target code n' all.  After the wedding ceremony we rushed over to our friend's house for Charlie and Heather, some of our sweet Baylor friends who moved to Tenessee making it few and far between that we get to see them.  Heather's due in August with little Carter who I KNOW is just going to be adorable like his parents.  And, are you ready for this?  I. TOOK. PICTURES.!

Sorry for that title.  I'm in a silly mood.  Actually I'm in a sneezy mood, which is making my head fuzzy, therefore making every thought I'm having a little ... fuzzy.  And thus, the silliness.  But really, THANK GONZO IT'S FRIDAY!  Who is Gonzo by the way?  I know I know that name but can't remember why?  Is he a muppet?  I know he's not a fraggle.  We'll go with muppet.  Because it's that important.  Right, move on Kate.

And you're going to have to pardon my boringness, but I'm not going to change my actual answer just to be "different" because then I'd just be lying.  SO, she's none other than ...

Yep, that's right.  Carrie.  Even though the Mister thinks she looks like a horse.  But how can you NOT love her.  She has an aire about her.  A presence.  She exudes confindence, but not in a cocky way.  And pretty much everything she does is with complete style.  Oh to be able to rock crazy outfits the way she does.  Oh yeah, and to be able to afford them.  Shaaa, right.  Anyways, frickin'. love. her.  But, to be fair, I've loved SJP since Girl's Just Wanna Have Fun.  One of my all-time favorite chick flicks.  So who's YOUR favorite SATC character?  Blog about and then go link up at Jen's blog!  And DON'T FORGET (like anyone could) SATC 2 comes out NEXT THURSDAY!  And guess who doesn't have to go to work the next day?  That's right.  Yours truely.  You can bet your patootie I will be in a movie theater somewhere squeeling the whole way through.  Well, mentally squealing that is, I don't want to ruin everyone ELSE'S experience!  Like the 13 year olds that squeeled every time Jacob took his shirt off during the 9pm (yes you read that right, I had SPECIAL SCREENING PASSES) showing of New Moon.  Never wanted to punch a 13 year old in the mouth so much in my life.  But maybe that's my own fault for being at a special pre-screening of New Moon ... nahhhhh.

I hope you all have loverly weekends loverlies!  We have NADA, ZILCH, NUTTIN' to do tonight, so I THINK we're going to start on our Netflix of this season's 24, sleep REAL late tomorrow.  And then we have a wedding followed by a couples baby shower tomorrow night.  Then a low key Sunday including almost peeing my pants getting SUPER amped up about ...

EEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!  I've never been so excited about 3 hours of consecutive TV in my LIFE!  But I'm also sad.  What tha HAY am I going to do with myself on Tuesday nights now?

Thoughtless Thursday!

Sorry it's taken me so long today!  I'm usually more ON it than this girls (and Mister) ... forgive me, I'll blame it on the pregnancy.  Hey, I only have 6 more months to use that excuse and I'm going to take.full.advantage.  So, let's get on with it, today is ...

as usual, and speaking of pregnancy (All the time now apparently, hopefully I haven't sent you all running whilst screaming from my corner of the blogosphere, I feel like I'm becoming one of those people that pulls out pictures of their kids EVERY time you see them.  Don't get me wrong, I LOVE seeing baby pictures, but I don't need to see pictures of the big "stink" they left in their diaper the other day or their biggest booger you've ever seen.  Seriously.  Gross.) one of my bestest friends and college roommates, Becky (but we all call her Becky Sue) is having her 2nd baby boy today!!!  We don't know a name yet, but she went in for her C-Section (the day after HER birfday mind you) and I'm psychotically refreshing facebook on my iPhone anxiously awaiting pictures of their little one and a NAME!!!  So, for my TT pictures today, I give you sweet Becky Sue.  She's so tiny and cute, you just HAVE to call her Becky Sue.  I'm so excited for you Becky Sue and I can't wait to meet your 2nd little boy bundle of joy!!!
