Old School Survey.

I was thinking there are a lot of you that are new readers and probably don't know much about me except the fact that I'm a new mommy to the cutest little man EVER (yes, I know I'm biased) and that I live in Texas.  SO, I decided to go old school this TT.  Does everyone remember those quizzes people would post on myspace or forward in emails?  Well I found one online and decided I'd use it as a little "get to know you".  Please feel free to steal it and post your answers on your own blog.

Eye Color?  Blue, sometimes green.  Depending on what I'm wearing.  I guess you'd call them chameleon?


Hair Color?  When?  At birth?  Will there be a lie detector after this?


Height?  5' 4".  If weight is the next question I'm pleading the 5th.


Glasses or contacts?  Neither nor.


Piercings or tattoos?  That's for me to know and for you to never find out.  Kidding.  Just the two in the ears.

Siblings names (if any)?  Dear gracious.  I have four.  Clay, Will, Andrew & Ally (the A's are twins and 11 years old).

Any pets?  One giant spoiled white lab.

Favorite color?  Take a little glance around my blog.  Teal anyone?

Favorite holiday?  CHRISTMAS.  Duh.  Okay, okay, I'll stop saying duh.


Favorite physical feature on yourself?  Oh geez.  Don't ask that of a woman that just had a baby.


Your favorite pizza toppings?  Now THAT'S one to ask of a woman that just had a baby.  Grilled chicken, mushrooms & onions.  But really, I'll eat pizza with just about anything on it.  Except for anchovies.  Why would you ever put anything that still has eyes on a pizza. 


Favorite alcoholic drink of choice?  Rieslings if I'm being fancy.  Margaritas if I'm being Texan.


Favorite guilty pleasure?  The Real Housewives of (insert city here).


Your favorite lunch meat?  Ham.


Favorite non-sexual thing to do with a girl/guy?  Ew.  Why must we stress non-sexual here?  Oh wait.  It was a myspace survey.


Favorite place to eat a romantic dinner?  Del Friscos!  They have the most amazing steak and white chocolate cinnamon creme brulee.  Anyone just say "yum" out loud?  Because you should've.


Favorite season?  Usually winter but after you have a child that changes.  Winter = flu, RSV and general sickness everywhere you turn.  Bring on the summer.


Favorite cartoon character?  MIC-KEY, M-O-U-S-E.


Your favorite food?  The bad for me kind.


Favorite Ice cream flavor?  Ben and Jerry's.  Usually the newest "experimental flavor" they've come out with.  I'm just WAITING for a red velvet.  Surely it's coming.  Surely.


Favorite subject(s) in school?  History.  LOVED learning about it, hated testing about it.  I'm not good at remembering dates.


Favorite candy?  Candy Corns and Milkduds.


Favorite breakfast cereal?  All the kids ones.  I'm going to be in trouble when C starts eating them.  Frosted Flakes has the best "post milk" if you know what I'm talking about.


Favorite person in your life?  I have more than one.  Is that okay?  The Mister, C and my parents.
Favorite book of all time?  The Bible.  I know that's cliche but it really is.


Favorite song?  That's ridiculous.  I can't pick just one.


You favorite park?  Am I ten?  I haven't been to a park since ... well since I was ten.


Favorite place to be?  Disney World.  I think this means I should go there more often, don't you?


Your favorite sport to watch on TV?  By "watch" do you mean "nap through"?  I'm really good at "watching" football.


Favorite TV show (Still running or ended)?  I have a lot but the first two to come to mind are Friends & Lost.

Who is your favorite Disney Princess?  Oh this quiz WAS made for me!  Definately Sleeping Beauty.  But I love them all.  LOVE.

Favorite names for a son?  I'll give you one guess.


What about favorite names for a daughter?  I'm not saying this one because if I have a daughter next I don't want people taking it before that happens.  I know, I know.  Ridiculous.


What is your favorite part of your life right now?  He's sleeping in his bouncy seat snoring right next to me.

Do you like thunderstorms?  Only if I'm home in my jammies.  When I'm not, no.


Do you play an instrument?  I took piano for 11 years and can play chopsticks.  It's sad, but true. 


Do you think Jesus is great?  That is an understatement.  Jesus is EVERYTHING. 


Do you consider yourself a party person or more apt to stay at home?  I like to do both.  But my definition of "party" is going out with other couples and having dinner.

Have you ever been arrested?  Nope.  I've gotten 3 tickets in my life.  That's my brush with the law.

SOMETHING A LITTLE MORE MATURE


What bill do you hate paying the most?  The mortgage.  Dadgum interest.


What did you want to be when you were growing up?  A princess. 


How many colleges did you attend?  Just the one.  Unless you count community colleges in the summer to get extra credits.


What errand/chore do you despise?  Vacuuming.  HATE it.


A secret that you wouldn't mind everyone knowing?  Well then it wouldn't be a secret anymore now would it?


How many joints pop when you get out of bed in the morning?  If you know the answer to this question you are FAR too awake when you get out of bed. 


What is the biggest amount of money you have made from a yard sale?  Is this the same thing as a garage sale?  I made $350 once!

What are your views on marriage?  Best thing I've ever done in my life.  Next to having a baby.

Worst relationship mistake that you wish you could take back?  None.  I had pretty good relationship experiences.

What famous person dead or alive would you like to have dinner with?  Jennifer Aniston.  I H-E-A-R-T her. 


How do you want to die?  Peacefully.  In my sleep would be great.


What do you want to achieve in life?  To be a picture of God's love for me to other people.  As well as a wonderful mother and wife.


How many jobs have you had?  You don't want to know.  I think I'm at 7 after I graduated college?


At this point in life, would you rather start a new career or relationship?  Neither.  I'm loving being a stay at home mom and am committed to the Mister "til death do us part".


Number of drugs you have taken?  They'd all be perscription.  And I have no idea.


What are your first thoughts upon waking up?  I can't wait to go see my little man!


What goal would you like to achieve this year?  LOSE THIS BABY WEIGHT!  I'm on my way, 13 lbs (well, 43 - but 13 on my own)


Who would you like to see right now?  Gin!  She's been in Taiwan since July of last year.


Are you still friends with your ex's?  Facebook friends, yes.


What books are you reading (if any)?  I'm a terrible reader. 


What song best describes your love life?  Well "I Melt" by Rascal Flatts is the Mister and I's song.  So I'm going to go with that.
