I can't believe it. Call the press. I have actually run out of things to say ... okay maybe not really, but I'm not very interesting today. It's Wednesday, Hump Day if you will. Can we please discuss that for a second? Whose idea was nicknaming Wednesday that? What did Wednesday ever do to them? HUMP Day? Really? Side Note: I don't feel like these question marks in this font fully emphasize my sarcasm. They're a bit too bouncy. Anyways, moving right along, couldn't we maybe just have gone with "Top of the Hill" Day ... or "Middle" Day ... or maybe even "Almost There" Day? Saying Hump Day is like saying the word nipple or ass. Yes, they do mean things that are completely appropriate, i.e. the top of a baby bottle or another word for donkey, but the best idea is just to avoid them at all costs and just say baby bottle (just let it be all encompassing) or donkey ... anyways sorry, tangent. I told ya'll I didn't have much write about! Just the same ole' same ole' at the Fulmer household. My poor mister has been working his little fingers ... I mean big (sorry baby, wasn't trying to belittle your manly hands) to the bone. He hasn't gotten home and/or in bed one night this week before 1:00 AM. He's my hero. Seriously, if I was at work past 8:00 PM I think I might fling myself on the floor and throw a full-blown, 2 year old style, temper tantrum. And as far as I know he hasn't. In fact he's a complete trooper. And compliments ME for not giving him a hard time for being gone at night. When really HE'S the one that should get the credit. Truth be told this is one of my favorite qualities about my mister. He is SUCH a hard worker, has incredible work ethic and never, and I mean NEVER, complains. I am so proud of him and can't WAIT til this deadline is reached so we can actually enjoy how CHRISTMAS'ED OUT our house is! Don't get me wrong, I've been enjoying it quite a bit with my big fur-child, but I'd rather have his dad home with us. He's an even better cuddler than the fur-child, IF you can believe it! And speaking of my mister, I CAN NOT tell you how excited I was to see that he commented on yesterday's post. I love comments and I love LOVE comments from my love! Check it out if you didn't see it. It's just about the sweetests thing ever. Sorry to call you out sugar, I know you aren't embarassed because you never see any of the people that frequent my blog :0)
One fun thing I DO have on my calendar for today is it's this pretty girl's birthday celebration tonight ...
Sigh. Look how tan I was. And then the stupid news came out and said that you are 75% more likely to get skin cancer if you have tanned before the age of 30 (dangit) SO much to my mom's, husband's, dad's, friend's cousin's sister's, brother's friend's girlfriend's (i.e. everyone and their DOG'S) urging and BUGGING me to do so, I quit my tanning membership. And I miss it. I'm so much cuter tan. I think everyone is.
Anyways, tonight's party. SO much fun. Like I've blogged before, the girls in my family have a tradition, we go out to dinner for every girl's birthday. My Silly's birthday was Sunday so tonight we are celebrating hers at Los Cabos. I've never been there, but I've never met a plate of mexican food I didn't like. So it should be yummers. Don't worry. I'll update with pictures tomorrow. I know you were worried ...
Well I guess for not having anything to say, I had a lot to say. Hopefully I didn't bore you too much with my rambling. Until Thursday (thank goodness there's no inappropriate name for that day) ...
